| I've created a lot of case mods and have built
several computers.
Some were just assemblies and some are a complete work-over.
Most of my mod goodies have been built from scratch. |

Cheap & Easy, Chip Cooler
This is a very effective cooling mod

The
top of the video card gets quite hot yet has no heat-sink This
draws air over the top of the AGP card and blasts the north-bridge. Parts
are: Perf Board, Fan, Old PCI Bracket from an old modem or what ever.
Paint, screws and some elbow grease.

Mike's Video Card and
Chipset Cooler.

My ATI X1950 card was overheating to the
point it would just quit, so I built this mod to cool it without voiding
the warranty.
|
Dead Cat Mod
I run chkdisk /hairball if kitty gets sick. |
My case had a window on the
top and CD drives look like crap
So I cut the holes and windows in the top
of a CD-Drive.

It has a blue LED and is treated with
black Teflon.
